Still early into her first life cycle, Xiulan rentains the wonder and awe of childhood as she travels the world. Most of her visits to the human realm are done in her noodle form: her chosen dog-size making it far easier to avoid notice and letting her get a bit closer to the humans than is usually possible. Her favorite haunts tend to be opera houses: Xiulan is absolutely enthralled with every bit of it, from the incredible music to the language variations and the over-the-top grandios costumes. Whenever she is encountered back home in Shengdao, she can usually be heard humming or singing snippets from whatever performance she's most recently discovered.
