Probably Rare.
Fluffy, swirly ears, matches cloud tail possibly. Can vary in fluffiness/swirliness, can look more like wings or cotton candy, ect.
Inspired by magical girls and candycore.
I named these dreamy before I knew what dream shiji were called for short lol, because they are that sort of supposed to evoke pastel dream like aesthetic.
